MICROSOFT *XBOX BILL.XBOX.COMWAUS
MICROSOFT *XBOX BILL.XBOX.COMWAUS - I just received a pending charge listed as MICROSOFT *XBOX BILL.XBOX.COMWAUS on my Visa Check Card. I do not even own a XBOX anymore so how can this be? I have read several complaints of this happening and the sad thing is you cant get in touch with anyone that can explain this! What a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE A XBOX ever again if you fear this happening!!!

Today I was online banking and noticed a charge for 74.99 from XBBILL.XBCOMWAUS. I called the bank and since it is a pending charge they said it has to go though before they can do anything about it. So i did some online researching and found out that these charges come from XBOX. Well I dont own an xbox...so I called the company 8004699269. I gave them my card number (already cancelled) and they pulled up an account set up in my name...identy theft is scary. The account showed two transactions one for the 74.99 and the other refunding the 74.99 charge!!! The woman said that they must have already noticed that it was fraud. So now it is a waiting game to see if the charges will post back to my account!!!

unauthorized bank chargers
On 1/3/2011 even the same day I had six charges made to my bank account in the amounts 3 each fo $4.99 an 3 each for $74.99. I dont own an xbox never been to there site. Listed on my bank statement as Microsoft *XBOX I BILL.XBOX.COM. So far I have not been able to make any contact with them. Does anyone have any idea how to make them pay this back.

3 fradulent charges
On 7/19/2010 I received 3 withdrawels of 49.99 on ny debit card for xbox fees. I am 68 disabled. Do not play games and have no idea why I was charged. I have notified the bank and am contesting these fees but in the meantime I am out 150 needed dollars which I badly need. Please help me straighten this out

In september 2008 i canceled my xbox live membership of £4.99 a month. Today i checked my balanced and i found that they were taking £4.99 a month out each month still so i called them up and they said that i never called up (when i did) and it never got canceled. So they said that theres no way i can get a refune because they have no record of my call, but i said why would i not call up and still let the payments go out every month when i don't have an xbox anymore, they said i must of forgot to call up, but i know i called up. This is robbery and not fair.

charges on my card
I bought xbox live for my step son last year for christmas! Bought him one year for xbox live! Well in may I got a charge on my credit card for $6.50. Then in june I got two charges one $6.50 & 12.50. And for July I got three charges $6.25 twice & one for $12.50.
And then when I call them they wont tell me what the charges are for.
