CUSTOMER SERVICE was the WORST experience ever. The agents hung up on me 3 times before I finally got an agent that was able to help my account get renewed. I first called and the after I spelled my name she hung up on me. The next agent sucked ass even more...I just wanted to find out how many times my account was billed by the new month to month plan because I was not able to play any games on XBOX LIVE. She wanted to know the exact error message I would receive but did not have the time to wait for the xbox to reply with the message. I called right back and got another agent that asked redundant irrelevant questions and then got mad because I answered them with detail information.
Why does XBOX hire the worst candidates in the world for customer suppport? I wish their was a better gaming system because I would definitely not support this BULLSHIT!!!1
