I bought tickets to this park at my hotel lobby concierge. When I got to Xcaret ticket counter with my paid voucher. They took the voucher to a back counter and left me standing at the ticket counter for 10 minutes. It was a 1 hour ferry ride and 10 minute $10 taxi ride to get there and I was concenred about why they were not admitting us.

When I left the park that evening, I asked the exit person if our wrist bracelets were all we needed to enter again the next day at the advertised 1/2 price. I was told that was fine.

The next day after our 1 hour $13 ferry ride from Cozumel and our $10 taxi ride, we went to the entry to buy our 2nd day 1/2 price tickets and told that we should have bought them the day before. We were very disspaointed to have such a hard time getting tickets to this park. It was already 2pm and we just didn't see spending more money at this point in the day. These people have no mercy on the traveler!
