Good day, I purchased 2 parts (used) from the above company, one on the 10/11/09, a throttle position sencer £83.95 this part didnt work, or for a different modle ? i telephoned xcess, they said they would look for another part, which they did (3 weeks later) but they said this was dearer ?? however i purshised this part £132.25 on the 8/12/09, this part didnt work either or it was for another modle
(whatever the parts didnt work) I spoke to someone called Rachael, who told me to return the parts and they would send me a refund.
I parcelled up the parts and returned them registerd on the 15/12/2009, ID 65122252 (merchant) 22531663 ID (terminal)
by the way theese parts were for 2002 grand cherokee jeep.
I did not get any response from them untll now, all of a sudden they are saying they dont give refunds on electrical parts and the parts were fine !! ive since purchased the same part from another company and thats fine- works perfectly.
this company obviously doesnt like giving refunds, so as i purchased theese goods on my barclays connect debit visa i would be very gratefull if youcan reclaime my money back.
