My ADSL line went down last Friday. I reported it on Monday and it is now late Wednesday and it is still down. i do understand that they are dependent on Telkom but i pay XDSL for both a service and a line so that makes them accountable. Although the people at helpdesk have always been extremely helpful this hasnt solved my problem.
I went to them mainly so i dont have to deal with Telkom directly because that is always trouble but it seems the result is the same.
