Just alerting ppls who looking for game server to be carefull whit this company XFACTOR SERVER (http://www.xfactorservers.com/)

THEY CHARGE YOU ON YOUR C/C EVEN IF U CANNCEL YOUR SERVER AND ILL JUST IGNORE YOU IF U ASK FOR REFUND !

I ordered a left4dead 10 slots, but there are never 10 slots, the guy called DEREK told me that he ill adjust it after i payed, and he never does !

In 3 months i payed the for the server, he is off like 3 weeks, everytime i ask they said server is moving or isnot theyr fault !

I Canceled server on 5th and a guy called NORMAN, replyed me that the account ill be canceled !
3 days later they charged U$43 in my C/C trought paypall and 3 minuts later that guy DEREK sended me a e-mail that my account is canceled !
So he charged on my C/C first and 3 MINUTS LATER CANCELED MY ACCOUNT ANS SUBSCRIPTION ! lol
I asked for a REFUND, and now going to one week and they just ignorated me on tickets, and Deleted my Posts on XFACTOR FORUMS !

Well i know ill not receive my money back, in 10 years renting servers never had this problem Before !

i ill just report it o whole game community
