I spoke to Daniel, he was the only I could get on the phone (calling to tech supp. or cust. serv.), He told me there is no group leader, supervisor, or manager during the week I call. That, I should try again in one week.
The reason I call XFX was because my video card fail. Then, this nightmare started. First, I had to deal with a defected video card. Then, I had to get a Radeon instead of a Nvidia. Because... well I dont know why... Daniel, tech supp. told me so. Now, I have to choose between two inferior cards that I think are not going to perform better than my original card.
Botton line. dont ever get a XFX card try your luck with some other company.
