the phone i purchased came dead on arrival and i mailed it back as they offer a 1 year warrantee. i paid for shipping there and they also made me pay shipping back as well and i recieved the same dead on arrival phone. I paid for the phone and shipping 3 times equivilant to purchasing 2 of these elsewhere. Now they wont return my email when i ask them once again to resolve my issue. Also they accepted a paypal request for more phones earlier but emailed after they took my money and told me they didnt have these phones anymore. THEY tried to keep my money and just offer my other inferior phones that I wasnt interested in. i had to threaten to report this for 2 weeks to get my money back from them. They still wont respond to the 1 year warrantee they offer for the phone that came DOA. This company is only out for your money and really doesnt care about your needs. I would never recommend them to anyone accept my worst enemy. here is my emails from them, and they have not responded to my last 3 attempts for 6 days now. i attached a picture of one of the phones that actually turned on. Help or advice would be much appreciated.

the tracking number is from that mail paper. so you can check it, then give us the tracking number.
