A few minutes ago I purchased your registry cleaner with a Mastercard debit card. When I went to check the balance on my card the charge was on twice at two different times. Since I followed the instructions when installing the product I am confused as to why this error occurred. I am sure I will be satified with the product but am not happy about paying twice for it. I do not know your process for handling this problem but feel your company should refund me for one of the charges since I only have one, not two. Thank you and I hope to have a response in the near future. I can email copy of charges if necessary.

xionix, llc showed up on my bank statement for $9.95. i have never heard of this company & do not know how or why they took money out of my account...i am in the process of finding out why with my bank as this report is being issued.
