This company has also debited my checking account for $39.95 in the form of creating a check. I called the number supplied by my bank and I am told the number I called is a third party billing company who facilitates charges for MBXL Entertainment for website access. They say the charge was put through on December 1st. They also said they can request the charge to be reversed since it is within the first 30 days (30 days of what?) but could not a supply a phone number to the company they are billing for. My bank says I need to fill out an affidavit of fraud and I will be changing my checking account number. The only use of my routing number, etc. occurred when I paid my Macy's bill online. I wonder if any of the other complaintants have Macy's accounts? I notice most are in Texas...hmmm...

XL Entertainment charged my checking account $34.99, when I inquired about the charges they said the were a payment processing company for an adult website. No one in my house hold has authorized these charges. They said they would reverse the charges but won't Beware of this Scam!! I just don't understand how they got my checking information!!
