Roger Hamilton and the XL Results Foundation - Consumer Warning!Allegations of unfair conduct and misrepresentation from hundreds of disgruntled clients on three continents will not stop a self-styled "wealth consultant" peddling his wares to consumers across the United Kingdom this coming week. Mr Roger Hamilton, Chairman of XL Results Foundation Pte ltd (registered in Singapore: 200107729C) will be in the United Kingdom on a whistle stop tour attempting to extract USD$12,000 from small business owners in Edinburgh and London at a free breakfast event. Mr Hamilton is facing legal allegations in Singapore and Asia he is operating an elaborate pyramid scheme masquerading as a social enterprise.
Both Mr Hamilton and his UK promoter Mr Daniel Priestley are alleged to be operating a criminal business. XL is using public funds - members fees to block legal requests for full disclosure of the XL accounts amidst allegations it is a multi million dollar global pyramid scheme with the revenue source the recruitment of individuals into the scheme.
XL Results Foundation has gone to extensive measures to protect the scam including defaming and bullying a former employee, suggesting journalists reporting the scam did not do due diligence and creating a scam Blog warning after 150 disgruntled members joined forces to put pressure on the company to refund more than $1 million in refunds.
The former employee has been legally gagged since 2004 by XL Results Foundation.
In Singapore a petition was organized against XL by a community activist Ms Ann Phua to assist more than 100 Singaporean's demanding their money back amidst claims they were duped, cheated and money promised to charity by Mr Hamilton was pocketed. Members also claimed the umbrella company of XL Results Foundation (Competitive Edge Pte Ltd) did not have a prospectus to sell shares in the company and is a pyramid scheme inducing members to earn a commission on the recruitment of new members into the scheme.
XL Results Foundation pte ltd has been the subject of intense media scrutiny in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. Global Consumer Association websites have issued consumer warnings against XL in the US, Australia and the United Kingdom.
