I recently wrote on pissed-consumers an article: xlpharmacy stole me. After that, they sent a mail to all their customers to try repair damages. Here is the mail I have sent them after: Hi. I received your last publicity where you say Customer satisfaction is our top priority and that is why we are the most reliable and trusted source for affordable medication on the internet. Then why do you refuse to pay me back when you know you won’t deliver in Canada in the future? Please don’t tell me you did refund me. I did not receive anything on my credit card. Stop lying Stop saying I will be paid in 3 or 4 weeks. You can pay me back now. It would be more profitable for you to pay me back than continue to waste your reputation on the Internet. I ask you once more do refund me now. If you do so I will edit my complaint on Pissed consumers and tell than you have accepted to pay me back. You should better give me some news today. Customer satisfaction is your top priority? Prove it. Send email to confirm payment. Nothing to do. They lie, lie and lie again. But I’m quite sure there is something to do to stop them. They have phone numbers which can be easily reached by police or media. If you have been stolen by these bandits, do contact police. I’m also going to do so.

I could not order on line. The site kept telling me that I needed to place my order by phone. I finally called, and when I wanted to use American Express, I was told that their server for AMEX was down. They wanted VISA. With VISA you have no recourse. With AMEX, they will refund you, and collect from them. I think AMEX has probably revoked their vendor agreement. I think XLPharmacy is a scam. They even wanted my checking information. I may be old, however I am not ***! If they get that information they will clean you out!
