My wife and I were waiting for a delivery from UPS. UPS came to the door and I had to sign form a delivery, which I thought was the one I was waiting for...it wasn't. It was a product from XM Brands called Resveratrolxm, which is something I tried, as a "free" sample, a few days before and I paid for the shipping through my crdit card.
Without my permission, they UPS'd me a monthly order for $89.97 and charged it to my credit card. Thinking it was something else, I signed for it! So I went to the e-mail address on the bottle, (www.resveratrolxm.com) and was told by yahoo that there was no such address or even a 800 number to cancel the order and return the product.
All of this happened on Friday @ 10:30am, April 24, 2009.
