I ordered a free sample of Colon Cleanse, for which I authorized shipping fee of $4.95 (at the same time I ordered a free sample of Acai Berry--same deal not sure same company). The shipping charge(s)posted to my account almost immediately and I received my sample of the product in the mail in a few days.

Two weeks later another charge of $139.97 posted to my account from XM Brands--for what, I am clueless.
I have been on hold 12 times just this morning trying to talk to a representative--even after a person picks up the line, I am disconnected immediately.

I am one more hold or conversation away from contacting the Office of the Attorney General/Consumer Affairs division...and then filing suit.
