Scammed/TOOK MY MONEY!
This all originated from a trial for Acai. In order to participate, you pay the postage of $3.97. However, when you try to cancel the subscription, they will not allow you to. My credit card was charged $139.97. I called XM a number of times. The first time a answering machine, then my second try no one picked up, third try a rude woman that wouldn't give me her name, then I requested to talk with some else after begging her I finally talked to another rude women that was no help. Then she sent me to an answering machine so I hung up. She advised they wouldn't cancel the trial and they would credit my account $20, $30, and then $40, but then she told me I could only use the credit for their products. I am very upset!! I thought it was a good advisement because they used Oprah's name. I can't believe she allows this. I had to cancel my credit card and my credit card company has to dispute it now. I need that money and I even requested they give me back half of my money, but she said NO!. I haven't even tried the product as I just got it Saturday and it was ordered back in May. I can't believe someone doesn't shut them down. I can't even find a website or a valid email address. I still don't even know if they canceled by subscription. This is a hoax and someone needs to get involved. This was very miss leading and someone should take action! This gives Oprah a bad name too because she knows her name is involved. This company didn't even send me an email regarding any information.
