There was an ad for Internet sales and Marketing that I ordered for $1.00 and XM brands charged $84.84 for a Health and Beauty product.
This is clear and blatant fraud and will be reported to an Internet Fraud division or Possibly the FBI.

offered work at home google starter kit. paid for it but never recieved it. I called about it & guy tried to get my credit card number after I told him I had a confirmation number. He said his system does not identify by number due to all the companies his company represents. I never did give him my number, just hung up once realized been had. So beware out there when ordering anything

I am so discusted and furious over this company, I ordered 1 4.95 bottle and now have recieved 2 more bottles and a diet plan I never ordered and was charged 139.00 dollars on my on my credit card!!! Ive called numerous times and all i get is a answering service that says theyd call back!!! This is such a major scam--- Im going to report them on the news and get to the bottom of this crap!!!

I ordered the 4.95 trial bottle. I hadn't even finished the first bottle and I received another 3 bottles and my account was charges over 150.00! I contaced XM and was told I would only be refunded half of the price due to a shelf charge and that product cannot be resold so they are charging me half price. I did send it back but have yet to receive even half of my money! They insist they credited my account. My bank insists they didn't. I tend to believe my bank.
You can only write or call them. It takes about a half an hour to get through by phone. I am still trying to get a refund. They will not even check to see if they credited the wrong account. I am not going to let this go. I would never recommend this product to anyone and I will never order over the internet again. Easier, safer and cheaper to go to your local health foods store!
