Please could you help me, I authorised one transaction for the above company for $1.00, I heard nothing by email or post as they promised. They have since taking a further 2 payments (£54.00) out of from my credit card, I rang the credit card (capital one) immediately when I first noticed the payments, I am now in a dispute with the credit card company which they say I can't close the account until the dispute has been closed, which I think is very unfair as this comapny is still taking monies from me. I have tried to ring the above comany but it is a dead number. I have done research on this company & found out they are doing it to a lot of people... Where do I stand...
