Fraudulent Credit Card Charge
I had never heard of XM Labs until I discovered an unauthorized charge of $5.49 on my AMEX bill. I then checked the internet and discovered many claims of fraud directed at this company. For the record, in my case, this company was somehow able to charge my credit card without my having anything to do with this company. I have never ordered anything or signed up to sample something free or anything. Shut them down!

Unauthorized Charges
I have never signed up for free samples of any product and have had my debit card barely three months. I recieved a diet supplement from this company and was charged for it without my knowledge. I have cancelled the card but hte transaction has already gone through. Have just recently discovered there are other charges put to my card that I did not make. This is ridiculous that this company is still in business with as many complaints as I've read in just the last ten minutes. Hopefully, I'll be able to get a refund though from what I've read that doesn't seem possible.

product not recvd
Introductory trial offer for this teeth whitening product which was was $4.95 which I placed an order. I printed the reciept for this transaction, but strange enough it did not have my name or any info on it, just the $4.95 amount. Later they charged my card $139.97. I allready filed a dispute with my credit card company.

billing
I ordered the the colon cleanse from XM labs for $4.95. When I received the product there was no contact information on the packing slip enclosed and no invoice. I had to get a phone number off my credit card account to call them. When I called I was put on hold for an hour. Several times I had to hang up because I had other thing to do.When I finally got ahold of them they had already charged me $139.95. They said I had 10 days to cancel, but this information was not on the website I visited. They would not reverse the charges, but said they would give me a $50 credit. Then I said I wanted to cancel this subscription but they said I had to wait until the $50 came through. When it didn't come through I called again. They said I had typed an order number wrong. I did not have access to the internet at that time so they said they would call me back on Monday. They called, but the credit had already come through. So I said I want to cancel at this time. They said I had to wait two weeks before I could cancel.
Because I had put this on a credit card that I do not use very much, I canceled my card so no more charges could go through. This is a scam. 1. They should be more clear about the automatic subscription. 2. They should be more clear about the 10 days. 3. They should put contact information in the package. 4. They should allow us to cancel at any time.

Unauthorized Billing
On 7/31/2009 I ordered a free trial of Acia Berry and Colon Flush. And was charged $4.95 to my credit card. I finally received 1 bottle of Maqui Berry Dual Powder BFT and no Colon Flush 1 week ago. Then 8/14/2009 I received (2) more bottles of Maqui Berry Dual Powder BFT and no Colon Flush for $139.97 was charged to my account 7/31/2009 the same day I placed the order for the free trial. I tried calling the company to tell them I did not want the product the same day. I started calling at 11:00Am up untill 5:00Pm then I finally got a recording (our office hours are 9-5 Mon-Fri.) All you get is a tape of some horrible distorted music. I wrote Fox 2 Detroit with all the information, because I want this to air on Problem Solvers. I may not get my money back...but I at least want to get the word out to others. I will never order a free trail of anything again.

Scam
I ordered a trial of the Acai XM and the REZV anti aging cream for 4.95 for a 2 week trial. I received the trial a few days ago, after having ordered it about 2 weeks ago, and today I received 2 more bottles, 2 more facial creams and an invoice with no information on how to contact the seller. My account was charged 89.95 on the 10th, which was 10 days ago! I tried to call the 1800 number and had an option of english or spanish (I chose English) and then it had an option to "answer frequently asked questions" or talk to an operator. I chose talk to an operator and I was put on hold, then told the operator was busy with another client and to leave a message. I tried calling several times, with the same result. I then went to the men for the frequently asked questions and it said "there are no frequently asked questions at this time"! I have no way to contact these people and it was sent from a shipping dept. referenced as Order Fulfillment Center. I will have to contact my bank in order to have these charges stopped, as I have no way to cancel this "risk-free trial". Anyone out there have any success getting a hold of this company?

Fraudulent charges
Ordered a 30 day free trial basis bottle of Acai... Called to cancel withing hte 30 day window only to find out they had charged my credit card account $139.97 for two additional bottles of Acai. This was over one month ago. To date I have not received the additional 2 bottles or a credit. I contacted them telephonically twice. On hold for 50 minutes both times. Finally spoke with a "Lydia" she placed me on hold and I waited an additional 20 minutes then she hung up on me. DO NOT ORDER YOUR ACAI FROM THIS COMPANY>>>> call you credit card immediately to stop further charges ASAP>>>>
THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!

XM Labs Info
XM LABS INFORMATION...My experience is similar to many others except I have NEVER requested FREE SAMPLE of anything on the internet or otherwise. Free almost never is. I received a non-descript USPS shipping envelope containing some "Resveratol Anti-Aging" pills and some "Anti-Aging" cream inside with a "Packing List" with a charge of $4.95. After researching online, I found the rest of you fellow victims and some initial information.
Although not personally verifiable, public info and records found show that it appears likely that this "company" is owned or backed by a company next door named NCOM Networks, LLC. It has the same owner/manager, Kenneth Jacobi. The address for the "Shipping Departmet - Fulfillment Center" at 3609 North 29th Ave., Hollywood, FL may simply ship the "bogus" products; it would seem that the "office" is the address for Jacobi and NETCOM. Following are more details of what was found. I suggest you do a Google search for the NCOM Networks, LLC in Miami Lakes, FL 33014. You will find a lot of info on the owner and lots of other info filed on the company, and notice that the physical addresses are next door to one another. Again, note that I cannot verify this information, but it is compelling or at least highly suspect. I hope it adds to the database for those trying to end fraud. Here are the names and addresses found:
XM Labs | 5753 Miami Lake Drive | Miami, FL 33014 | US3 | Owner: Kenneth Jacobi
XM Labs Shipping Department / Fullfillment Center | 3609 North 29th Ave. | Hollywood, FL 33020
NCOM NETWORKS, LLC | 5751 Miami Lakes Drive | Miami Lakes Drive Miami Lakes, FL 33014 | Kenneth Jacobi, Managing Member | Phone 305-929-0250
Finally, if you have been scammed, take the advice of others posters' advice and FILE THE FBI/BBB COMPLAINTS, please! This has to be stopped one thief and scammer at a time, but apathy will do nothing. Also, canel your credit card immediately and have it re-issued. There is no way to know until further charges show up how seriously your card is compromised. Since I never heard of this outfit, I can only believe someone stole my card number. Call your credit card issuer and file a fraudulent charges report. They may require you to return the product and fill out a fraud report, which I did, and check your monthly statements, always. The only way to feel better about being victimized is to do something about it. Good luck, all! CPSnitz
