i order acai the option is pay only 4.99 for shipping and on may 19 i found they charge me 139.99that is still my money front the bank because i authorized only pay 4.99 for shipping because that the offer but i saw they do that for still people money for the bank account i want my money back or i going to report this fraud and later i call for my bank and the customer person toll me the take 51.99 more the next day please stop to continued laen to people i call to the bank there going investigation and im going to make police report too
im very upset about this situation

Unauthorized billing

Placed an order for a sample of Acai & regimex for $4.95 shipping and handling the e mail form stated that you may cancel any further orders with in 15 days.

On the 11th day I found a $139.95 charge from XM on my bank account . I called the company and spoke with Roberto who said he was the supervisor. He stated that I only had 10 days to cancel my order as per there legal contract which is stated on page 5 of a legal document. Roberto stated he could return $40.00 to my account.

At the time they deducted the $ 139.95 I had not received the sample to see if I even liked the product. I have not received any money from this company and I am filing a fraud report with the Florida Attorney generals office and the New Jersey Attorney generals office and the better business Bureau.
