Like most other complaints I have noticed about this company is that I too "ordered the product & services". My credit card was charged the initial $1.00 but I never received the product. Then, like clockwork as with the other complaints, my credit card was charged again 5 days later in the amount of $84.84. I called the 800 # listed with the product name on my credit card, but my call was never answered.
My next move will be to contact my credit card company and hopefully get a "hold" put on this company so no other charges can be billed to my account. I assume you can file fraud charges against xmhealth & beauty thru the credit card company. If not, maybe the Postmaster General will accept the complaint since this product was actually suppose to come thru the mail.
