MONEY TRANSFER
Customer care people do not even have an idea what they are trying to speak. They are not even caring the people. they easily lose their temper.
Bad bank experience . People don't waste your time by using XOOM Money transfer. They are waste. They are not even helping to the case number / problem occurred.
Worst experience i am having. I do not even no how many more days it take to close my case number.

Refused to admit their mistake
A Xoom customer access my Xoom account information and took $500.00 without my consent from my Bank of america account. Xoom said it was my fault. I complained to Bank of America, who dropped Xoom immediately. They will not deal with Xoom anymore. Xoom was reported to the Better Business Bureau and the FBI and other agencies, We are awaiting for their decision.

Scam! Scam! Scam!
I was sent money from the US to pay for our bills, when I got to BDO they told me that XOOM is offline. I waited from 9AM and still their service is down, I am nearing disconnection because of their crappy service. A year ago, they declined my $25 transfer and didn't credit it back to me. I tried to contact them but to no avail.

Poor Service
After using Xoom for 2 years without any problems they suddenly closed my account for no reason. plus they now will not let you send less then $50.00 Its Western Union for me. Stay away for Xoom they are a rip off! D. Johnson

DO NOT use XOOM. I've used for 3 years and they have screwed me time and again and without warning or explanation. Holding funds for 10 days after they take from your bank. They just increased their minimum to $50. Recently I did an emergency transfer for my sister in law in the hospital and they held the funds for 7 days and she almost died without the treatment.
When I finally got a hold of someone on the phone they refused to talk saying they can not disclose any information.
DO NOT trust XOOM. They have gotten too greedy and there advertising is false.

Money send to China GONE - BY XOOM
XOOM customer servise sux and a long wait in line, the money i sent haven't arrive in 2 weeks, and i ask for the transaction # when they bank in bank of china, and they don't even have the transaction number.?!?! they want me to provide them the bank statement for the Bank i deposit... why don't they provide me the transaction # and i can call to bank of china to ask for it. maybe they don't even deposit the money yet. that is why! so BETTER DON'T SENT MONEY WITH XOOM if u not prefer to get into TROUBLE.

WILL NOT RETURN MY MONEY
I SENT MONEY WITH XOOM, DID NOT REACH ITS DESTINATION, NOW THEY SAY THEY ARE RETURNING IT, BUT THAT IS 2 MONTHS AGO.
THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE ARRESTED FOR FRAUD, THEY ARE THIEVES, i DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO, THE FUNDS THEY SAY HAVE BEEN SENT BUT I NEVER SEE THEM.
TO ANYONE OUT THERE PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE DISHONEST LIE AND STEAL.
