I recently ordered a computer case from xoxide.com. an Auzeuntech GMC R-4 Bulldozer case, to be exact. The description reads "A gaming enthusiast's dream." "Able to support today's top graphics cards." That simply isn't true. My ati raedon 5870 is just a little over 10.5 inches long. The case's description says the computer's dimentions are 19.5" x 8" x 17.3", when in fact they are closer to 15" x 7" x 10.5". So of course, my card doesn't fit (they added a little ditty about supporting up to 10.5" cards after I RMA'ed the product). The dimensions on the case are still way off, making the case seem to be full-tower size, when it is really a mid-size.
So, I call their customer support, and thankfully they agreed to RMA it. However, after the ten business days, I haven't received a refund. I had to call on five seperate occasions, not including the three times that no one answered during business hours, before they decided to finally send me a refund. They recieved the product on April 8th - I had to fight them to get my money back, which finally happened on the 3rd of March. That's practically a month. Had I not continually called, I figure I would have never seen that money.
I usually am very passive and let things slide - but this is too much. Between willfully deceiving me on what I was buying, and then taking much longer than one should tolerate for a refund, I had to make this complaint.
This computer case was supposed to be a gaming enthusiast's dream. Well at least for me, It's been a nightmare.
