My name is Saurabh Sharma and cell no. 9811241624, this is regarding my hand set model Xperia X10i which was given to your service centre located in delhi (Harkrishan Services UG, 26 Suneja Tower Dist. Centre Janakpuri) on 15th of Oct.2010 with "charging problem" the main issue of phone. I was told that I'll get my phone in 5 days but till 24th of oct. 2010 I did not get my phone than I called to Sony Ericsson Customer Care for same concern and some one Chandan forwarded a complaint regarding my issue with complaint no.88692842 and He made a commitment that in 48 working hrs. you'll get the exact status of your phone again I called in Customer Care on 1st of nov. 2010 and no budy was there to receave my call after 9 minutes I got connected with Mr. Utkarsh who told me that I am again forwarding your complain and again you need to wait till 48 working hrs. If sony's slogan is HAPPY TO HELP then why no one is there to help?Then I called up to your Help Desk and got connected with miss. Heena She also said the same thing that I have to wait again 48 hrs. can you please let me know when this 48 working hrs will complete? on 3rd of Nov.2010 I have flight for U.S.A if I'll not receave my phone before 2 p.m on 3rd of nov.2010 it would be with you till 9 th of nov. and then I would take a legal action against your after sales service and your harashing TAT 48 hrs. which never comes.I would file a case in consumer court as well.
