false advertising
I placed an order for the redi set go on Saturday. The whole transaction was automated and I should have known something would go wrong but I kept thinking I would have the option to speak to a customer service representative at the end. At the end of the order the automated machine asked if I wanted my card to be charged 1 payment of $19.95 today and I accepted. On Sunday night a got an email the order had been processed with no information of the $ value. On Monday my card was charged $180.00. After calling customer service I was told that I ordered 2 sets of the product and some items which were supposed to be free were not. I cannot cancel because apprently the order already shipped. Now all I can try to do is refuse the shipment before it arrives at my house. All I can say is beware!!! I have learned a very valuable lesson. If you can't speak to a live person, something is very wrong. Beware of all the offers for free stuff...they are not free!!! and most of all beware of redi set go, it is more trouble than it's worth

Rip Off/ Poor Service
I CALLED TO ORDER THIS PRODUCT VIA PHONE. WHILE ON THE PHONE THEY CONTINUED TO TRY AND SELL ME EXTRA PRODUCTS THAT I DID NOT WANT OR NEED. I SIMPLY WANTED THE SPECIAL THAT WAS ADVERTISED. I CONTINUED TO TELL THEM THROUGHOUT THE CALL THE ANSWER WAS NO TO EVERY EXTA PRODUCT. WE WENT OVER MY ORDER WITH COST, SHIPPING AND PAYMENT DETAILS, AND MY FIRST BILL WAS TO BE IN THE AREA OF $50, WITH ONE ADDITIONAL PAYMENT IN 30 DAYS. UPON RECEIVING MY PACKAGE, MY BILL WAS OVER $100 AND HAD ALREADY BEEN BILLED TO MY ACCOUNT. THEY HAD SHIPPED ME EXTRA PRODUCTS THAT I DID NOT ORDER, AND CHARGED ME SHIPPING HANDLING FOR ALL OF THE ITEMS. ALSO WHEN I WANTED TO RETURN, THE ITEMS I WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY SHIPPING FORALL THE ITMES, WHETHER I ORDERED THEM OR NOT.

Xpress Redi Set Go
The xpress redi set go was a complete hoax from beginning to end. After viewing the TV ad I ordered the product by phone; the order was taken by an automated recording. According to the ad, the company was offering two cookers for two payments of $19.95. The automated recording offered additional items for free, so I said ‘yes, ’ but was charged for all these items later. For phone orders, the product company typically gives you a total that includes tax and shipping at the conclusion of the purchase, but they asked me to conclude the purchase without giving me the total. I hung up the phone out of discomfort and suspicion. Then I went to website to complete the order and followed the same steps. After completing the order, the company emailed me an item-by-item bill with items I didn’t think I had added. The total bill was $137.45 including shipping and handling charges of $45.75. I got anxious and forwarded the email to their customer service three hours later (on Sunday), asking them to take off three items I didn’t order and to send me another total, but never received any response from them.
The phone call and the web order were considered two separate orders and processed. The confirmation on processing the orders was emailed to me along with three spam emails for each order. A security expert in my company confirmed that the spam emails came from the xpress company. I called the credit card company to stop the payment, but it was too late. So I ended up having four cookers from two orders. The way the products were delivered was strange too. I gave my current office address over the phone and over the email when I ordered the products, but they were delivered to my old office address, with a stranger who does not belong to my company at all signing the delivery receipt.
This is not the end of the story. After paying for two orders that cost $141.61 and $137.45 each, I called the Xpress customer service (Chris), who said that I could return the products but they would not pay shipping and would not refund the $84 in shipping and handling. When I complained about the spam emails, Chris kindly advised me that I really need to be careful about spam emails!!! I kept getting the bills for a club membership I thought I had cancelled with Chris, so I called the customer service again to clear the bill. The whole transaction started in September 2010. In the middle of March 2011, I received an overdue balance bill for the club membership from a collecting agency. I called the company again who cancelled my balance and who gave me the confirmation number. It is the worst nightmare any consumer can ever imagine!

RIP-OFF tons of charges
I had the same thing happen to me as everyone else. At the end of an excruciatingly legnthy sales pitch for every extr under the sun, the recording never asked if all the information was correct and did not go over the order. I hept saying "No" dozens of times and yet came back with extra items. I ordered two sets of buy one get one free with no additional items and instead of $80.00 and S &H ( and it was never revealed as to just how much that costs!!!) I was charged a whopping $180.00!!! They said I could return 2 but they would only take off $40.00 and that I would have to pay the shipping back to the company. No decent company charges for returns, they should include a packing slip with it already paid. I was also charged for extra pans which I never ever ordered! After the first question on the phone ( automated) I could not connect with a person. After calling up their consumer number, the person was never clear on what was charged, it was all a big blur of a scam. I have never had this problem ordering from TV before. I don't know what else to do to get some of my money back. After my initial charge I will contact my credit card company and tell them to out a hold on any additional charges they attempt to charge in their scam of additional pans and extras that you have to call up and cancel if you don;t want it. You'd probably get it anyway and it would be too much shipping to send it back!!! Their scam is mostly in the shipping charges.

i ordered xpress redi set go, over the phone.i didnt get to talk to a live person.i gave all my info, and by the time i got to the end i dont know what i ordered.i dont even know how mush it was all going to cost me.well this sucks.i will make sure and pay the money to stop my order from going thur my bank.this is not how you sell some thing.it should have a note telling people about all the shit that goes with it.you dont worn people about it before hand.well we will never do this again, thats for dam sure.shame on your company for trying to cheat people!!!

Ripoff
What a fucking ripoff!!! Cathy should be ashamed of herself for selling this kind of crap and then ripping people off of their hard earned money!!! All I wanted was to get what was coming to me. I bought two of the piece of crap machines and I should have gotten all the accessories that came with one. What the hell good is one if you don't have the stuff to go with them???? Shame on you, Cathy. I hope you sleep well!!!

nothing included
I gave as a gift and now it's usless. The speciality pans that are supposted to come with it really don't and they don't tell you that the xtra one comes with nothing. I opened the first one to try it out not knowing that the one that was a Christmas presant came with nothing. I was totally embarrased. Here I thought when I called it was just a mistake, when I called they said that's extra $19. plus shipping and handling. Why did they make it sound like it had everything the first one had. When I bought the other one it did. This is a rip off and so are the recipes. $14.95 a month most are yucky and fish.
