overcharged, items not ordered
I was overcharged- they sent me items I didn't order, and I didn't receive what should be included- full pan. I ordered 1 XpressRediGo machine+1free. What a joke! Nothing is free- because instead of $39.99 you get double charge plus shipping of $40.80- and when yuo ordering, it is not said. It was thefirst time I ordered from TV advertisement, and believe me, last time, too. This is scam, and on top of it, whwn I finaly got live person on the phone, she hang up on me, second person offered $10.00 discount. Product is much smaller than it appears on TV. I wanted to return Whole order, but I can't trust this company- they would probably just keep both- money and products I received. Well- I had really bad experience with this company, and I wonder if Cathy Mitchell knows, how her products get overpriced.

XpressRediSetCo
Saw commercial on TV for XpressRediSetGo cooking machine and pans. Called to order this set and after
giving my cr. card no., they continued attempting to
getto me order many other items I did not wish to have.
I said "no" to automated call, but after I had given
card number, I had to wade thru all these other offers
none of which I wanted. After I was all thru, realized,
after hanging up, that this was not some company I
wanted to deal with, and tried to cancel - calling the
number that I received to do so...but the number was
also an automated one saying they were closed and to call 1-800-357-9213. They were also closed and to
call back on Monday between 9 am and 6 pm. Now I
have towait til then to call. These people should be put
out of business..the whole scheme is a FRAUD!
