I bought a $50, 000 BMW from this dealer. Adam was the salesman. I was promised an extra fob and an owners manual (which he stated was misplaced) and he never delivered these items. The 2 items are approx. $500.00. in value. Adam also agreed when we purchased the car to fix a small paint chip on the front of the car. Many promises and phone calls later, this was also never completed. Adam would make appts and then break them and finally just stopped returning our phone calls. I filed a claim with the BBB but they closed the file as there was no response from this company. Adam is now working out of an office in Phoenix called Goldies Motors. BEWARE! This company advertises on EBAY and can not be trusted. Adam lied to us over and over and never delivered what was promised when we purchased the vehicle.
