Installer cut into the hood of my new 2009 Cadillac CTS-V during the installation on the Venture Shield paint protections product. Installer also damaged hood trim and reinstalled the trim using 2-sided tape rather than replace the part. Product was poorly installed leaving dirt smudges and streaks under the shield. Installer received new product replacement from Venture Tape for the hood. Instead of replacing the shield on the hood, the installer completely removed the originally installed shied and did not replace it. Installer/owner refuses to refund money for the damages to my vehicle and for the terrible job on the vehicle. Total return trips to the shop: 9. Legal action involving Civil as well as Criminal prosecution is pending.
