Cardi Prinzi the Manager/owner cares nothing about his members and rips you off by making up "Verbal" commitments about contracts but can prove nothing in writing. Cardi Prinzi will keep charging your bank account for montly dues even after you sign a cancelation form. I was NEVER in a contract with this company. I canceld my membership due to finances and pregnancy and even after i paid my final month due to him he still charges me a monthly fee and is charging me returned check fees even though i told him 3 times i no longer have the bank account he is trying to debit from and to please stop going into my bank account and trying to withdraw funds!! He is rude on the phone and hangs up on customers ALL THE TIME. I have written recipets and a cancelation policy stating im done with all obligations to him but he sees it different even though he can't produce any written documents to back up his claim!!! DONT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BANKING INFO FOR AUTOMATIC DEBITS EVER!!! THEY WILL KEEP TAKING YOUR MONEY ILLEGALLY AND NOT CARE ABOUT IT ONE BIT! TERRIBLE GYM AND EVEN WORSE MANAGMENT. BBB is currently investigating this gym for fraudulant activity.
