Xtreme French Bulldogs Reviews

Xtreme French Bulldog beware
I contated this breeder mid November after viewing pictures on this website of a puppy sitting up on its hind legs. I asked her how much the pup was and if it was available. Nancy emailed me back and said yes it was and the price for full papers was 2200.00. While I was viewing the website my daughter saw another puppy on the same website in available pups her name was Kai for sale and my daughter contacted Nancy about Kai asking if she had any health conditions and if she was available. Nancy replied no health problems & yes she was available. I contacted Nancy again, told her my daughter and I would like to purchase the 2 pups, asked if she would discount them being we were taking 2 pups & she did to 2100.00 each. The day we sent the money out, we got a new email from Nancy on 11/15/2008, in subject New Pics., 5 new pictures 3 of Kai aka as Buffy my daughters pup and 2 of mine. Eight days later we picked the pups up at the airport at 10:55 at night on 11/24/2008 the 2 pups that was shipped to us. At once I noticed the pup I was suppose to get was not the same pup from the pictures. The pup I was suppose to get was a pretty cream color this pup was white, she have very nice pigmentation on her eyes, nose & mouth, this pup had pink pigmentation around her eyes with the exception of a small dot of brown pigmentation on the lower eyelid. The pup I was suppose to get had a beautiful head and was so cute, this pup was quite oppisite. We also noticed my daughters pup Kai aka Buffy had a large hernia which Nancy never told us about. I contacted the Breeder as soon as we got home via email telling her my concerns. She replied its the same pup. I then took our pup to the vet, they both had small ear infection, nothing to worry about and the vet said the hernia can be fixed with a simple surgery with an extra cost of 150.00. But what was more concerning to me is my vet said that the pup was not the age that Nancy had told me. The pup had already lost all her baby teeth and her adult teeth were most of the way in. Nancy said my pup was only 13 weeks old but my vet said it had to be at least 5 months old or older. To make the story short, I contacted the breeder with all the concerns I had, she told me if I wasn't happy to send the pup back and she would refund me. Nancy knew we had a contract with me, but still offered me my money back. Nancy sent me the money via paypal to pay for her to be shipped back & made the reservation to ship the pup back, and I sent her back. Nancy said via email she would sent me my refund as soon as she got the pup back. I contacted Nancy about a week later about my money. She told me she wanted to make sure the pup didn't get sick and would refund me after 2 weeks, I did not think that wasn't unreasonable, so I waiting. After 3 weeks I contacted the Nancy again about my refund and the AKC papers on my daughter pup Buffy, she told me she sent them but to this day have never received the hard copy. But then she emailed us a copy of the front page of the AKC papers via email and we were able to register her. But on the refund, she told me I wasn't going to get it and I haven't. She had emailed me earlier just before I returned my dog and said she wanted Buffy back also because she found I was a breeded and I never told her, but she never asked and called me a puppymill. She said she did not want me to have any of her pups. Later after writing my story on Rip Off she posted her side of the story, saying I changed my mind a week later which was not true. Saying I paid way under what she was asking only because I purchased 2 pups, we got a discount of 100.00 on each pup, not 1000.00 like she put on her rebuttle. Then she said that she would have given me another pup, but I did not think that was an option after what she had said earlier. I contacted Nancy, said I would take a pup at this point I wasn't going to get my money unless I fly out and sue her. I told her I would fly out to pick it up, she said she had 2 litters coming so I waiting for the pups to be born. The first litter was out of the same exact breeding as my daughter dog, yes she bred Buffy's Mom again 6 months after having Buffy which was born a C-Section. Well when that litter was born she had only one pup and it was a blue female, that was so funny back when we were purchasing our pups last November I asked her if they carried blue and she said no. Well, I question her again and she said well I found its on the dads side. But I have done a lot of research on the blues and its a deluted gene and would have to be carried on both sides to get a blue. If only on one side you will only get some carriers but will never get a blue. I knew she was lying and if it was true I would love to get a blue from that breeding. I asked Nancy how much was she asking for the pup, she told me 5500.00 I told her I would get the pup and when I come out to pick it up I will pay the balance. That wasn't good enough, she wanted me to send another 1000.00 after she is holding 2100.00 of my money from the pup I sent back. The 5 pictures Nancy sent to me on 11/15/08 stating new pics on the subjest, the 3 pictures taken of my daughter dog Buffy was taken on 11/15/08 taken the same day we got the pictures but the one of my pup was taken on 2/6/08 six months before my pup was even born, I found this out right before sending the pup back by right clicking on the pictures. The picture I took of my pup was taken on 11/25/2008 eight days after getting the picture Nancy sent to us & the day after getting the pups. Pictures below the first picture was send to me on 11/15/08 by Nancy, the second picture was the picture I had contacted Nancy about, the third picture is the pup I got.

Awful company
I contacted this breeder first viewing on Terrificpets.com then through the breeder website. I viewed a French Bulldog puppy sitting up her hind legs on the ad & the breeders website in 'Available puppies'. I contacted the breeder asking about that pup via email. The breeder emailed me, that she was available and her price was $2, 200.00, champion sired. My daughter also contacted the same breeder about a pup viewed in the same room name Kai a cream pie French Bulldog asking her about her availability and medical background.

After talking with this breeder a few times and coming up with a price of $2, 100.00 each pup and $400.00 to ship both pups to us, we decided to purchase them. I was impressed that she had so many champions and felt comfortable buying from her. Sending the breeder a conformation letter sending information on the Bank draft check sent and overnight mailing information. Breeder then replied with new pictures taken, 3 of my daughters pup Kai & 2 of the cream female I purchased.

The two pictures I got of my dog, the first one did not look like the second one, but the second one looked just like the pup that was sitting up on the webpage. The first picture had a white line down the forhead & bad pigmentation. I question the breeder, her email back said it was the same pup, but then a day later she sent another picture to me saying that this was the right picture. I view the picture and it looked just like the second picture sent & the pup on the website.

A week later we picked up our pups from the airport. Right away I viewed the pup was not the same pup that I picked from the pictures, but a white very bad quality French bulldog. Also Kai the pup my daughter purchased and paid $2100.00 for, had a very bad hernia. I contacted the breeder the next day about this, she said yes its the same dog. I took the 2 pups to the vet 2 days after getting them, found they both had ear infection, but that was nothing compared to the fact my pup was suppose to be only 3 months old, my daughters pup was 3 days younger than mine. But my pup had already lost all her baby teeth and had gotten all her adult teeth most of the way in, my daughters dog still had all her baby teeth.

Its now been 1 1/2 months since we got Kai/Buffy she is now almost 5 months old and now just loosing her baby teeth. My vet said that the age of the cream pup was 5 months or older, so not the age of the pup I was suppose to get. I went back and viewed the pictures that was sent to us just after we sent the money to purchase the pups. We looked on the properties on the pictures and found the 3 pictures taken of my daughters pup was taken the day we got the pictures, but the pictures taken of my pup was taken 6 months before my pup was even born.

Very upset I contact the breeder with a email explaining my complain. The breeder agreed by email to pay to ship the pup back to her and return me my money. One week after getting my pup I sent her back to the breeder. Well, that was 1 1/2 months ago still no refund. I have contacted this breeder but she only uses very bad language and hangs up on me and when I email her she never replies.

I have now filed an complaint with BBB, getting ready to send all my emails received by the breeder and myself to the Attorney Generals office in Missouri with an attached complaint. About 2 weeks ago my daughter had surgery on the hernia on her pup which was never disclosed to us before purchasing her, the surgery costing her $150.00. I don't know what can be done to protect others from going through what I have.
