Ordered an XTREME XG-470 gas scooter. Product sent with missing parts, broken taillight, and flat tire. The box had the wrong assemble instructions and smelled of gasoline. Requested an exchange for a new scooter. The company kept sending replacement parts/and or the wrong parts instead. They refuse to cover the cost to ship the scooter back to them for a replacement. They want the customer to cover the cost (over $100) to ship the defective item back to them. They also called to get our credit card number for them to send a new one to us.!!! They said they did not want to delay shipping another scooter while waiting for the return of the defective one.
Don't be fooled by their WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY that the customer pays for returns -- they are assuming that this means for defective products as well.
CHECK THE COMPANY OUT ON IOWA BBB BEFORE BUYING -- OVER 120 SIMILAR COMPLAINTS!!!
