I am outraged that my bankcard has been charged three times in the same billing month without my authorization. Furthermore, my bankcard payments were made to an overseas bank resulting in a foreign fee charged by most bankcard companies today. When I agreed to the sample for 99 cents as a result of a pop-up on my PC screen, there was no mention that there would be any further deliveries or the need to cancel any subscription, which I definitely did not agree to. There was definitely no mention of terms and conditions, nor that any purchase was a foreign transaction.

I have sent three emails; one to '[email protected]' (you can find it on the sample bottle if you use a magnifying glass and have good eyes), and two to '[email protected]' (given to me by their agent just before her line went dead!). As yet, I have had no reply, and have wasted innumerable hours trying to get justice.

Don't be foolish like me and steer clear of this "offer" and organization.

I requested the free trial of this product. I never agreed to any further charges. I did not click on the "I agree" statement. When I received the pills, I called the company and was told I would not be charged for any further shipments. They said they canceled my account. Two weeks later they charge my account for 86.42. I called and was told that I needed to return the pills for credit to my account. They assured me that my account was AGAIN canceled. I now have been charged to my account an additional 2.59. I called today and was told they did not charge my account that amount. I have copies of the transaction. So now, they want me to send the pills back, and fax a copy of my statement to prove the additional charge.
SO NOW, in addition to the charges I did not authorize, I have to pay for the fax, and to send the pills back. This is a SCAM. And the PILLS DO NOT WORK!!!

Ordered a free sample and had to pay for shipping costs. buried deep in shipping conditions, it says that i will be billed this charge if i do not cancel with in certain amount of time... Clearly a scam on those who do not have time to read entire condition.
