I ordered a Palm Treo leather phone case from this company's website. They shipped the wrong product. I emailed them to let them know they sent the wrong item. First, they wanted me to pay for shipping again for their error. When asked for a shipping label, they responded with "we will fax one to you in a few days" and won't send the correct item until the incorrect one is returned. This company will not give out a phone number for customer service & takes a day or two to even respond to their email. Poor customer service!!
