I order 2 pairs of boots from the U.S., UPS was the carrier, but they lose the boots since Nov 24 2009. Then I asked UPS to check if they could still find it and send to my house and I was waiting. After a week, UPS wrote me said they need 5 working days more working on the searching. I said ok, and waiting.
By the Jan 12 2010, I wrote to UPS again, asking there was anything they found. UPS China said, they realized the lose the boots and they already reported to the UPS U.S., but they could only refudn/claim
to shipper, so, they won't contact me for the claim.
Which I thought was fine, then I contacted the shipper said, they could claim it from UPS and resend to me. Shipper agreed and also waiting for UPS.
More waiting...
No feedback, follow up, call, emails form UPS.
Finally Shipper decided to refund me, as both of us not willing to wait the UPS.
At the end..UPS still not doing anything...
I was stil regret of selecting UPS as the carrier..and decided not having any business with UPS in the future...
