I discovered several months ago charges from your company thru my check card. When I called I was told this was for some website I owed. I know NOTHING about your company, who you are, where you illegally obtained my information, NOR why you charging me a monthly charge. I will be contacting the states attorney in Tennessee along with my personal attorney.

I had taken new airtel connection 12th April 2008 in Sreenagar Bangalore. I had submitted the driving license and stamp size photograph. But in couple of days after that my in-coming and out going calls were blocked and reason given was that I need to submit the passport size photograph. Even on submitting the same my number was not activated and on enquiring I was told that there was problem in the address proof. So I new application form with a xorex copy passport and new passport photo on 17th April 2008 at NR colony Airtel office. I have been calling your customer services number your representative was telling the application from has not come till yesterday evening. I have spoken to 3 of your floor manager and they assured me that they will do the needful.
Before sending this mail I spoke floor manager Mr. Farook he mentioned to me it will take to-night to un-block the number. Form a customer point I do not care whether you take 72 hrs are not as long I submit the application form. It seems that there a problem in picking the application you’re your office because of which I am put into inconvenience. I have had enough with Airtel and this is not the way you should treat you customer.
What sort services you provide to customer? If this way then it is totally un-acceptable, unethical and un-professional. As customer I does not care about 72 hrs time line as I will be more interested in using your services.
I feel like putting the airtel connection into ditch as I feel so frustrated and iterated by the way your company has treated me for the past two weeks.
I do not care about internal process and need the connection as soon as possible failing which I will have to take next course of action
