My friend told me she was losing weight with the MLM company, Cal Nutriscience and their Core 4 Products. I signed up and the following week, Cal Nutriscience merged with Xyngular. I found I could order the Core 4 products individually, without purchasing a trial pack for $99.00, so I did. Every distributor must have an autoship set up in order to receive commission and I knew that going in. After the 2nd autoship order, I broke out with a rash. The only new product I was using was Core 4 Cheat. I wasn't impressed enough with the product to tolerate autoship and at that point, I didn't care about commission. I logged into my account and found no option to cancel the autoship. When I selected the cheapest product for the autoship, I received a message stating that if I wanted to cancel it, I would need to contact the company and was provided an email address and phone number. I sent an email and got a auto-reply that my email would be responded to in 2 to 3 business days. I didn't want to wait, so I call the phone number listed above. At first, the phone rang at least 10 times and there was no message. I called back and only voice message from the president, Marc Walker. As soon as the message played, it started over again. I wasn't too upset because I had sent them an email (on Tuesday) and expected to hear back from them. The subject of my email: Cancel My Account. On Wednesday night, I got a read receipt from '[email protected]'. It was actually a "not read" receipt. I sent a message back to him with "question" in the subject field. It was read, but I received no reply. I immediately called my bank and paid $30 for a stop payment for any debits on my account from this company, because my debit card info is listed on my Xyngular account and I was allowed to change the info, but not delete it.
My friend also had problems with her first order of Core 4 products through Xymgular.
