Hi

I wish to report the below email address [with content] being used for fraudulent purposes, specifically advertising on gumtree selling dogs. This is a well known scam, these people are stupid enough to continually use the same format for their scam, not to mention that none of the information below actually makes sense. These dogs were advertised as being in Edinburgh, however from the content of the email, this is clearly not the case, in fact it is more likely they are ficticious dogs.

I am well aware this is definitely a scam as I work for the police in Edinburgh and have seen many people reporting the same scam, with the exact same email content. I have reported the matter to gumtree also.

But if you will be able to travel up to Inverurie, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, AB51 3XN. and pick up the puppies, he will be very happy, But if you can't, You don't have to be worried about any thing coz he will be sending the puppies to you through pet transportation service and they will get the puppies delivered down to you at your doorsteps. All you would need to pay is 220 GBP and you will be paying the money directly to the transportation service Okay. All what he needs to know is that the puppies are going into a lovely and caring home where they will be well look after and keep him up dated with monthly progress that way he will be very pleased and knows that the puppies are doing well.

This is not the first time started a few days ago, the info displayed help fight against spamming they request you type in a character code to send your email after several attempts my email lost can't send. At the bottom of the box you see > Captcha project > at Carnegie Mellon University < are they reading my email > the person who i send to knows me I'm not spamming. I send feedback to yahoo no-response yet, I'm calling verizon to complain to them it's costing me time to fiquire out who or what Captcha wants since there string of numbers and letters don't work. thanks for reading

My yahoo email address is [email protected] and it's been almost two months since most of the messages I sent are going through empty, without any text.

Yahoo has taken the liberty of sticking an instant messaging chat room into our e-mails, which we didn't ask for. The chat room can't be turned off, nor can it be deactivated using Yahoo's "Mail Options". We would all appreciate Yahoo contacting us in the future to ask us if we really want these stupid features!
