On August 19th, 2010; I was having some problems with my Yahoo! email account. I called Yahoo! Toll Free Number at 1866-562-7219; I'd waited for over 15 minutes on the phone until I gotten to a live customer service representative. I told the representative that I was having problems on my email account; I wasn't able to sent emails and cannot get into my Yahoo! account.

The representative said that there was nothing she can do; she said to go onto my Yahoo! account to fix it. I told the representative that I can't get onto my Yahoo! account. The representative said to me that there is nothing she can go and started to say bye to me; I told her that I called there Yahoo! Accounts- Customer Service Line for help and I am not getting any help; can you help me please. The representative said, "Oh well'" then she hanged up on me.

I called back and I waited again for another 15 to 20 minutes then when I got a ring to Yahoo! Accounts- Customer Service Line I hear a laugh then the phone hanged up on me.

I called back again to find that the Yahoo! Accounts- Customer Service Line is now close.

Very disrespectful and unhelpful; I was very mad at Yahoo! and the problem with my account still wasn't fix.

The department I was told to go to for help with your Yahoo! accounts didn't help me and my account. I will never trust Yahoo! Customer Service.

I have had an on-going problem with Yahoo! regarding connection to both Messenger and mail.
I thought the problem, at one point was fixed, but only by going thru a third party. It took Yahoo! four weeks to get back to me regarding the problem.
The problem has re-surfaced...I've been trying to deal with it thru the so-called Yahoo Messenger techs...but all they can say is it's not their fault. I've encountered some...actually A LOT ...of problems with their tech people, and I've been trying for two days, to get to a supervisor. Thkis supervisor is never there...or is with another customer...or is just not available. The techs have been rude...dictatorial...and generally unhelpful. They close-out on me when I press them for a supervisor. There's no way, apparently, that they are going to let me talk to a supervisor to make a complaint against their tech staff.

Im having problem in downloading pretty much everything on the yahoo page seems that im not allowed to use the product and service at all....... can you please help me........ this is the only past time i do to talk to my family please grant me access i will abide by your rules and regulations im not young please help me. thank you very much for your consideration hope to hear from you soon.
