Charging after cancellation

Hello everyone,
It seems that we all have the same problem with this Yahoo scam.
My domain " www.omg-thatsit.com " was registered with Yahoo and I never got anyone to find my company not I was lucky to get someone from so called Customer Service.

I did transfer my website to Inmotionhosting and very happy with them.

After 1 year trying, calling and sending emails to Yahoo today I finally got a human "a dumb one" on the phone that keep repeating the same bull-s.h.i.t over and over again that they can not refund my money and hung up on me. Even that I did cancel my service they kept charging me for 6 more months a total of $110.00 ...

So, how can we contact yahoo or any consumer service to get our money back? Please let me know. and write me directly to
[email protected] ...

domain forwarding

Dear Sir,
I find myself in a kafkian situation:
I had a contract with yahoo small business for the domain www.lezioniditedesco.com, contract that was due to terminate on next 4th of april.
On last february 23rd I opened a new contract with godaddy for the same domain name.
On day 8th of march I cancelled from yahoo.
My present situation, as referred to in yahoo, is:
Registrant: Giulio De Florio
Registered through: GoDaddy.com, Inc. (http://www.godaddy.com)
Domain Name: LEZIONIDITEDESCO.COM
Domain servers in listed order:
YNS2.YAHOO.COM
YNS1.YAHOO.COM
The conclusion is that now:
I cannot make use anymore of my domain name
yahoo does not allow me to enter in the panel
GoDaddy tells me that the problem is in yahoo.
I am afraid that there is not much transparency in this field and that someone is taking advantage of the good faith of the people and of the obvious language difficulties for a not english person.
