Is anyone tired of yahoo e-mail hypocrosy? If I send an e-mail I have to type in a code(to prevent spam).However, everyday I get mail not addessed to me or even a yahoo account in some cases. On top of that now I'm getting lots of emails addressed to"Undisclosed-Recipient AT yahoo.com". If they are serious about fighting spam, why can't they stop these e-mails.I have sent feedback, no changes. I have set filters don't make any difference.My only conclusion is YAHOO must be getting paid for the spam they let through.

I have an email Yahoo ID for the past 8+ years with no problems.
I have been getting many scam/spam mails recently which I have been fowarding to [email protected] to remove the senders accounts from Yahoo Mail.

Suddenly, 2 weeks ago, my account was suspended by Yahoo saying unusual activity detected and I can not use for 48 hours. After that, my mail ID worked for few more days intermittently and finally Yahoo sent me a mail on my alternative email ID stating that I have violated their Terms of Service TOS and they disabled my account permanently. I have been saving many important messages and all my contacts address book as Yahoo always said unlimited storage and I found it to be convenient during my travels also to access.

For the past one week I am asking Yahoo to let me know what was my violation in their TOS as I never got involved in any smaps/scams or anti-social or terrorist links. May be some scammer hacked into my ID and compromised my account.

I even asked Yahoo to let me know if I have to approach any law enforcement agencies to have my account investigated and activated as I did notthing wrong intentionally or unintentionally.

Can some one guide me how you get back my stuff from Yahoo mail box and contacts folder so that I can even close that ID and open a new one.
I want to know the type of my violactio of Yahoo TOS so that I can take care in future. If I dont know what went wrong how Yahoo's action is justified in my case??

Please advise.
