Yuk Communications is the most incompetent company i have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered their home phone service on july 18 and canceled on july 28 because they did not send any technician after asking for one 3 times! Then the bills started pouring in monthly for a service that was not functional and i called them after every bill to remind them that i canceled the service. Spoke to a whole bunch of people who always said the same thing, don't worry we will take care of it. That is until i received a letter from their collection agency last week. Upon calling them the woman refused to let me talk to the supervisor (scared?) and just shrugged me off by telling me to talk to their collection agency because the line only got disconnected on Dec 24.
I will most probably take those little thieves to court and humiliate them. Or just let them waste their time with the collection agency since they will not get a penny and the liars cannot do shit with my credit ratings.
