Horrible company to deal with. They can't speak English, their phone doesn't work, and their response time is terrible. I returned an LCD screen for my Iphone, that didn't come with the bracket to actually attach it to your phone. Their website says they will refund your credit card within 12 hours of them receiving the product back. They received the LCD screen back via UPS last Tuesday November 16th and I still have not been credited. I sent them an email with the proof of delivery asking them about the status of my refund and I didn't get an answer. I'm trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They only send you the bare minimum for what you are needing. I needed a new screen for my phone, they sent the screen and tools but no adhesive kit to actually get the new screen to attach to the phone...that might be helpful!

I had ordered a LCD screen for my laptop. They sent me the wrong one. They promised to resolve the issue but in vain. They asked for picture to prove and they were supplied. No response. I then disputed the charge through Pay Pal, but in vain. So I disputed it with my credit card compnay and got my monies back. Immediately I heard from them and they wanted the screen back, which I sent to them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are a total rip-off. The phone numbers listed on their emails are incorrect, they do not even know how to respond in proper english. A total night mare...
