Quickly?? On 11/14, I send them an email---hey, where's the order? The response: At this time, Yardiac is having a problem with our server. As a result, we cannot view open orders, place new orders, or access items in our store. We hope to have the problem resolved in a few hours, but in the event that it is not, we will be up and running and able to answer your questions on Monday November 16. Please accept our most sincere apologies. We appreciate your patience.

I believe that I just sent a tracking number your way. I don't understand why you would post a negative comment on Yardiac. Your order should deliver shortly, if it has not already. I am sorry if we have created any problem for you. Also, thank you for the spelling correction. I hate that we missed that.

Dishonest practices
OMG, Ordered 2 items one for $178, one for $16 shipping $12.95. Received email there was a problem w/ order. Called and was informed that the $178 item was not available. They would CREDIT my charge??? ICredit, why would they charge in the first place when the item had not shipped and they did not even have it??? I told them to cancel entire order. THEN, they informed me that the $16 item was shipped and they would be charging $8.95 for it's shipping? OVER HALF the cost of the item for shipping??? Who in their right mind would bother to even order if they knew that?? Do youself a favor, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY. Defective merchandise
Don't buy from yardiac . They sent me defective merchandise, then when I complained they had it shipped back to them. They then claimed there was nothing wrong with it and took over $400 off of my refund for shipping charges.

Terrible company
I placed an order for post cap lights for my deck. After about a month, i contacted yardiac to find out the status of my order. i was told that it was on back order and was given a new shipping date. i patiently waited and when the new date came and went, i called again. Once again i was told that the item was pushed back even longer. Not ONCE had anyone even attempted to notify me of this and if i had not inquired, they would have left me waiting for over 2 months! After 2 months, i cancelled my order. Its been 20 days now, and I still have not received my $300+ that yardiac stole from me. What a horrible company!
