Although I received product quickly, my first order was incorrect
Although I received product quickly, my first order was incorrect. I was asked to send the initial order back and they would send me the correct merchandise immediately and credit my card when the first merchandise was received. I shipped the first order back immediately (and even paid for that shipping). After approximately five months and four contacts to the company by e-mail and phone calls I have yet to be reimbursed. I get the same story every time. "Thank you for advising us and we will submit this to the accounting department". I would not do business with this company for that reason.

Still have not received my $300+
I placed an order for post cap lights for my deck. After about a month, i contacted yardiac to find out the status of my order. i was told that it was on back order and was given a new shipping date. i patiently waited and when the new date came and went, i called again. Once again i was told that the item was pushed back even longer. Not ONCE had anyone even attempted to notify me of this and if i had not inquired, they would have left me waiting for over 2 months! After 2 months, i cancelled my order. Its been 20 days now, and I still have not received my $300+ that yardiac stole from me. What a horrible company!

Do not buy from them
Don't buy from yardiac. They sent me defective merchandise, then when I complained they had it shipped back to them. They then claimed there was nothing wrong with it and took over $400 off of my refund for shipping charges.

Unauthorized charges
I ordered one item from these people on 1/1/09. They charged my credit card on 1/2/09. After two weeks I had heard nothing about the status of my order. I contacted them and was told they would look into the issue.After another two weeks I was told they were having problems getting their shipment on the particular item. A day later I receive an email asking me to contact them regarding my order.
I phoned them and was informed that my item was discontinued. I requested a refund on 1/30/09. I since have been told more than once that my refund request was submitted to their accounting department. It is now 2/23/09, almost two months after they charged me for an item they never had, and I am still waiting for my money. Don't do it. These people have no regard for their customers.
