Hi
Below is the letter of the company on which relying the HDFC Bank brucher I placed the order. The payment was made through my credit card on 17/2/2010.The order number is HD5632 dated 17/02/2010.
AS per HDFC broucher the delivery was to be made within 21 days from the date of order. But even after expiry of 72 days they have failed to deliver the Blackberry mobile hand set.On calling their Toll free number 1800 1800 300 the reply is "the product is out of stock"I have made a decission not to deal with such companies in future.
Please help me.
