I availed the service of yatrii.com to organise a tour to dalhousie-dharmshala for students of my institute. Not only they charged an exorbiant amount but also their tour organiser ran away with the entire money in the middle of the tour. Hotels provided to us were filthy and degraded. Food was awful. No sightseeing and excursions were sponsered unless they were coaxed to. Students and teachers had to shell out from their pockets. On the route, no food was provided. And if there was any provision for food, it didnt even match upto basic standard both quantity and quality wise.The tour guide was sloshed all through the trip(till the time he was with the group).He threatened to halt the tour at every point and was unreasonably demanding, rude and loud.This company is shame on travel and hospitality sector. The most degraded and dismal services.We were misled at every point. We tried coordinating with the manager of the company Mr Manish Katyal many a times but beyond a point, he was also of no help. The representative/tour guide who escorted the group was the most scandalous one. He was under the influence of alcohol most of the time and instigated violence between students and hotel staff. He created unnecessary strife. Instead of providing requisite services( good hotel, good food, good sightseeing), he not only cancelled the meals and DJ nights of students at times, but also tried being manupulative. No wonder that he ran away in the middle of tour with all money. This reflects his irrespondible nature and wasted composition. The complete tour was in a mess. The sad attitude of company officials not only ruined the entire trip of students but also brought bad reputation to our institute.
