	specialyear January 15, 2011 unauthorized charge of $14.95 I have been charged $14.95 without authorization. The government needs to step up and get these companies under control. There is NO reason WHY we should have to monitor our bills monthly for fraud charges that we did not authorize.
	Pearlwhite December 6, 2010 They charge without authorization I just noticed there had been unknown charges, $14.95 on my AT&T statement since June, 2010. The third party's name is YCP Network, LLC. and says for efax services. I never authorized to subscribe it. I checked this compnay through the internet and found there were some people had the same problem. I called AT&T first, then they told me to call YCP at 1-877-257-2455. I called them and asked for a full refund. However, the lady who answered my call said that she could only refund me for 3 months back. To get a full refund, I have to email at [email protected] with confirmation number. If you have the same problem, I hope this information will help you. Just call them and get the confirmation no. and send email to them for a full refund.
	despal December 4, 2010 14.95 PHONE BILL CHARGE I HAVE A 14.95 CHARGE TO MY AT&T PHONE BILL. I HAVE GOT A BLOCK ON MY PHONE THROUGH AT&T, BECAUSE OF A PREVIOUS ARONOUS CHARGE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO TO LIMIT ACCESS TO (MY ACCOUNT). THEY BILL 14.95 AND NOT 100.95, SO THEY CAN SNEAK IT BY THE OWNER OF THE ACCOUNT?
