my name is STEFANOLI Luca, and I live in Italy.
I bought many things in China Republic.
Recently I bought a guitar in China Republic.
The vendor has sent the guitar to me (in Italy) with ems, but ems lost my address when the guitar was in Malpensa. In the impossibility to delivering my guitar to me, ems sent the guitar back to Beijing (in the Beijing ems post-office).
Thus, I phoned ems Italy which communicated to me the data of the second shipment (from Malpensa to Beijing):
sent guitar 27/08/09 hours AM 9, 00 from Malpensa to Beijing:
package 000127 n° bag 001 - airline 020 lufthansa sa n° flight LH3897
I can not reach the vendor, so I cannot make him get in touch with you.
His name is in the attached document.
I do not find email address of ems Beijing so I cannot write to explain what is the matter with it. Furthermore, I cannot reach ems China by telephone.
The guitar is now at ems Beijing.
Can you help me, please?

The number of shipment of my guitar from Beijing to Italy is EE032759092CN. When I control the shipment with “online tracking” service in the ems site (http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp) the guitar seems to be in Italy, but it is not true, it is now in China Republic, as ems Italy said to me.
