Return trip pick up

My wife and I are currently on state insurance and unemployed.
On the date above my wife was scheduled to go to her pain management appointment.
Going there was fine but, on the return trip to the pharmacy the driver started to make a left hand turn when he was supposed to make a right hand turn into Walgreens parking lot. I instructed him to make an immediate right so, that we could prepare to make that lefthand turn into the Walgreens parking lot. Well instead of following our directions he goes straight, pulls into the KFC parking lot, stop to let us out but, neglects the facts that I had to help my wife step over a 2 foot ledge into the Walgreens parking lot. this may not have been an issue if it weren't for the fact that she had just had an in office procedure on her neck which left her not only in pain but, her equilibrium off balance. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient to say the least.
Well, we got het scripts and I called Yellow cab for the return trip, they said it would be no longer than a 25 minute wait. We waited about 30 minutes and I called and they told me that they were there but, there was nobody there to pick up. That's when I confirmed that Yellow cabs pick up address was to Safeway across the street which would explain why there was nobody there to pick up, I pleaded with them to pick us up across the street at Walgreens because my wife was having a major attack because she has UV skin sensitivity and her skin was on fire not to mention the neuropathy in her feet and hands were giving her grief and there was no way she could make the walk across the street w/o major pain in here feet. The woman on the phone at Yellow Cab said "Sorry but, that's the health insurance companies problem and they need to fix it in order for us to pick you up". Needless to say I was infuriated and expressed my frustration to her. I probably shouldn't have but, she was clearly being difficult and not very understanding so, I hung Up.
I then proceeded to call my insurance company. The woman on the phone fixed the issue, contacted the appropriate people and insured that the address problem had been fixed and will never happen again. She then concluded that she had called Yellow Cab and a Cab was on it's way and should be at Walgreens shortly. Relieved I grabbed my wife and we sat down on the bench in front of Walgreens. 15 munutes went by, 30 minutes went by and once again my patience was being tried so, I inconvenienced the pharmacy dept. in Walgreens for their phone because I was out of change to continue calling the cab company then I got another person on the phone at Yellow Cab, I verified the address and she concurred that they have the right address and proceeded to inform me that the cab driver said that he went to pick us up and once again nobody was their to pick up and I told them that, that was impossible because we were waiting in front of the Walgreens the whole time and not a single cab drove by, on the road in front of or the parking lot in front of Walgreens so, they apologized and send another cab out and said they would be out in about 15 minutes.
Well, then once again we waited another half hour I used the pharmacies phone once again and the lady at Yellow Cab said that the cab was about 10 miles away. I grunted and verified the address they had again and they verified that it was correct and we hung up.
Another 25 minutes goes by and by now my wife and her skin are ON FIRE and she can no longer take it, grabs her purse and proceeds to walk home and refused to call them again, understandably so, and she's in soooo much paid she jogs home, about 1.5 miles home with me in tow w/o stopping. My wife has NEVER ran like that before. Primarily because she has osteoarthritis and she is unable to carry herself like that for that long but, she was in such unbelievable pain and itching she had no other choice.
So, needless to say this is the worst treatment by a cab company my wife has every experiences that it's almost hard to believe unless you lived it and we lived it all and it is all 100 Percent TRUE.
YELLOW CAB SUCKS!!!
