YellowPages.com...(AT&T) .charged my credit card $ 564.00 for an Enhanced Placement Ad (EPL) which was to go under the Photographers/Portrait Heading on Yellow Pages.com. The difference between the free generic listing is that the $564.00 EPL ad includes : a Direct Link to the Business's Website & 3 Lines of Text of my choice. My sales rep also guaranteed position # 9 in that category.

Instead of producing the EPL ad, YellowPages.com INSTEAD only put a generic free listing in position # 9.
For over 9 months...ONLY the generic free listing was online. Without a link to my website, and no lines of tex in that ad...that free lising was totally useless. I did not receive ANY calls for the Corporate work that happens during the Holiday Season for all the company parties...which was the most important reason for
paying $ 564.00 for that ad...having been in business for years, I know I lost a lot of money because the advertising I paid for was not produced and put online by YellowPages.com

I printed out the free listing they put online for me instead of producing the PAID EPL ad... prooving that the Free Lising was all they put online for me under the Portrait Heading...and I faxed the ad to the Claims Department at the above address in St. Louis...and they are still refusing to credit me back ANY of the money, ...$ 564.00...nor are they willing to reduce the price of any future advertising.

Amanda...who works for Kimberly Metcalf who is a supervisor in the Claims Department...responded by saying that they put the free ad in the # 9 spot...and therefore, they didn't feel they owed me any refund or credit. I told her that even if they put the free listing in the #1 spot...it would still be useless and would not generate ANY work because all of the other ads had direct links to websites and lines of text or banner pictures...and NO ONE...even myself when I'm looking for a business...can get anywhere clicking on a free listing because those do not link to a website...and only say "Rate this Business". And for that, I want to sue them since by the time I noticed they didn't do the ad, it was beyond the date to be able to get a credit from the credit card company...CitiBank Business Card.

The bottom line, is that AT&T...YellowPages.com Breached Contract by not providing me with the EPL ad I paid them for and which they charged my credit card.
