Taken money without my consent
They have taken £400 without my consent - Does anyone in this position ever get a refund??

REFUND OF FEE
I have paid the lons fee £69.00p which was refundable.i did not have loan. I asked them for refund of £69.i am phoning them from two months.every time when i phone yhey says i will recive a cheque at the end of the week. still i did not recieve my refund.last time i spoke to MR. HARRISON on 16th of April between the time off 12.00 and 13oo. they put me hold for 30 mintues. I still did not recieve my cheqoe.I hope tou will look at my complaints.

i went in to the bank this morning . yes loans have taken money from my account, i never heard of them or applied for a loan

not received refund
cancelled the application after two days you have fourteen days to do this their terms and conditions state you will be refunded within thirty days at time of posting this it is now forty days and still have not had refund despite phone calls and letters

Phone calls and text messages
I have received numerous calls and text messages for Yes loans which are unsolicited and I am sick of ringing thier premium number in order to ask my name be removed from their data base. I am about to contact the OFT and Trading Standards because this is against the law.
THese people are a waste of space and if you go with them you must be desperate. GO anywhere but NOT them.

LOAN
I HAD APPLIED FOR A LOAN FROM YES LOANS FOR 300.00 POUND THETY TOOK MY CARD DETAILS SAYING I WAS APPROVED THEN THEY CHARGED ME 69.50 POUND FOR ADMIN FEE SO WHEN I RANG THEM TO COMPLAIN AND TO GET A REFUND OF THEM THE STUPID BITCH AND OTHER SIDE TOLD I HAD TO PUT DOWN IN WRITING TO GET MY REFUND AND PLUS I WAS IN LINE FOR A HOUR BEFORE THEY ANSWERSD MY CALL ON THE 7TH MARCH THEY RANG MR UP ASKING IF I STILL WANTED A LOAN I TOLD THEM I WAS WAITING FOR MY RERFUND THE STUPID BASTARD TOLD ME THEY WILL WRITE A CHECK EVERY 14 DAYS SO I WILL HAVE TO WAIT EVERYBODY DO NOT USE YES THEY ARE THIVES

Don't go anywhere near these companies
Hi, I've got into a similar mess by talking to yes-loans to get a loan. Yes loans then put me in touch with Moneyworries. They did sound very helpful and managed to convince me that what I need is a debt consolidation product, not a loan. During the conversation, they asked for may debit card details, which I foolishly gave out. Before finishing the call I told them I haven't decided whether I want to take their debt consolidation product not and I'll confirm if I want to go ahead in a few days time when they send me the terms and conditions in writing. After the call I started googling about debt consolidation and moneyworries and found all these bad reviews and I got very worried. Then I found out from my bank statement that yes loans have taken £69.50. I called my bank and cancelled my debit card to prevent any further payments, but the bank told me that since I have given them my debit card details, I have given them the authority to take money from my account whenever they like and I have to advise them in writing to stop further charges.
Having cancelled my debit card, I thought that would at least stop moneyworries from taking money, but then I found out that yes loans and moneyworries are part of the one company and does this mean they may still be able to take money from my account?
I sent them an email asking them to cancel my application, to which I had no response. So I called moneyworries this morning and asked them to cancel my application and they confirmed that they've closed the account, but having seen the reviews I am still worried that they may still try to take money off my bank account.
These companies are scum of the earth and I am surprised how they can get away with such malpractice/scams.

taking money from peoples bank account
I applied for a loan from yes loans I have had exactly the same problem im furious how they just took my last £70 out of my account without authorising it I have passed the matter to consumer direct and trading standards about this the girl told me she wanted my card details for security purposes and told me the fee could be sent with the paperwork everytime I phone them I have to wait nearly an hour in a que when A lady answered the phone and I told her I wanted to complain she put me back in the que after waiting another 45 mins I finally got through to someone and he took all my details and said he was going to get the call listened to and phone me back on Thurs 25th feb 2010 Im still waiting I have wrote them a letter and sent it by recorded delivery but I have been informed from trading standards that it could take up to 6 months for the money to be refunded. This company should be reported to watch dog its one big scam.

2010 They are still stealing money from people
I was offered a loan of £20000 and put through to 2 advisors who stated I have been approved the loan. I specifically asked if I could be turned down after this stage and was told NO. so I paid the £69 FAST TRACK ADMIN CHARGE and surprise surprise when got through to next advisor it was a load of rubbish.No loan and now Im fighting to get the money back that basically they have stolen from me.

rudeness and taking my money
i have tried to get a loan a got a phone call from yes loans and they took nearly 70 pound out of my bank have done nothing to find me a loan then rung me a week later trying to take more money when i told them they had already done this they put me on hold n then hung up many thanks kirsty dewart 07772329543
